These terms govern paid membership of the NEW EIC research community. They are in addition to our Disclosures & Terms, which continue to apply.

1. What membership provides

Membership provides access to a private community in which NEW EIC publishes systematic, rules-based trade parameters generated by its models, together with general research and commentary on companies, industries and markets. Two tiers are offered:

• Standard — access to the signals channel, including trade parameters published on trading days, the accompanying risk guidelines, published reports and analyst commentary.
• Expert — everything in Standard, plus access to an additional channel covering model construction, calibration, methodology, position sizing and risk management.

Signals are produced systematically and published to all members of a tier at the same time. They are not generated for, or adjusted to suit, any individual member. NEW EIC does not manage any member's account, does not execute trades, and gives no undertaking as to the frequency with which signals will be published.

2. What membership is not

Membership is educational and informational only. Material provided through the community:

• is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice;
• is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security;
• is general in nature and is not tailored to the investment objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance or particular needs of any member;
• does not create an advisory, fiduciary or client relationship.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information provided.

Acting on a published signal is your decision alone. NEW EIC does not know your position sizing, account size, tax position or risk tolerance, and a signal that is appropriate for one member may be wholly inappropriate for another.

2a. Options and derivatives

Material published through the community may involve options and other derivative instruments. These carry a high degree of risk, are not suitable for every investor, and can produce losses that exceed the amount initially invested. Certain strategies carry theoretically unlimited loss.

Before trading options you should read Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, published by the Options Clearing Corporation and available from your broker. Model and quantitative approaches depend on historical data and assumptions that may prove incorrect or cease to be valid as market conditions change. No signal, model or strategy assures a profit or protects against loss.

3. Pricing and billing

Membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis:

• Standard — $29.99 per month, or $299.99 per year.
• Expert — $100 per month, or $1,000 per year.

Annual plans are charged as a single payment covering twelve months. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

4. Free trial

The Standard plan includes a seven (7) day free trial for first-time subscribers. The Expert plan does not include a trial.

A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. At the end of the seven-day period your payment method will be charged automatically at the then-current price for the plan and interval you selected, and will continue to be charged each period, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.

The trial is limited to one per person. We may decline to offer a trial where one has previously been used.

5. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for monthly plans, annually for annual plans — at the then-current price, until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change affecting your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Whop account: sign in at whop.com, open Orders, select the membership and choose to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; access to the member channels continues until then and is removed at that point.

Cancelling does not delete your Discord account or remove you from the server; it removes the role that grants access to member-only channels.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused access, or periods during which you did not use the community. Cancelling stops future charges.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, our payment processor will attempt to charge your payment method again over a period of several days. During this time access may be suspended. If payment is not successfully collected, the subscription will be cancelled and access removed. Updating your payment method in the billing portal restores access once payment succeeds.

9. Access and acceptable use

Membership is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Access is granted to a single Discord account. Material provided through the community is for your own use and may not be redistributed, republished or made available to non-members.

We may suspend or terminate membership without refund for sharing access, redistributing material, or conduct that is abusive or disruptive to other members.

10. Third-party services

Membership relies on services we do not control:

• Whop provides checkout, billing and membership management, and grants and removes your access to the member channels. A Whop account is required. Card details are entered on Whop's own checkout page and are not handled or stored by this website. Whop's terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.
• Discord hosts the community. A Discord account and acceptance of Discord's own terms are required. We are not responsible for the availability of Discord's service.

11. Information we hold

This website collects nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no account system or database. Membership is handled entirely by Whop, and the links on our membership page simply take you there.

When you subscribe, Whop collects and holds your name, email address, billing address and payment details, together with the Discord account you link to your membership. We do not receive or store your card details. Requests to access or delete that information should be directed to Whop, and we will assist where we are able.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the community available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change the content, structure or channels offered, and may modify these terms; where changes are material we will give reasonable notice, and continued membership after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
